Site 1 - Yuma International Airport

Location: South 4th Ave and West 40th Street , Yuma, AZ

Property Size & Description: 125 acres with one 10,000 SF warehouse and a 15,000 SF hangar located on the property. This piece of the general purpose zone is located on-site at the Yuma International Airport. The area is being developed by the Yuma Airport Authority as a Defense Contractors Complex to provide support services to military aircraft and equipment utilizing the Airport Compound for activities related to Marine Corps Air Station-Yuma or Yuma Army Proving Ground activities.

Site 2 - Yuma Commerce Center

Location: 30th Street, between Ave 7E & Ave 8E, Yuma, AZ

Property Size & Description: This property has 108 acres designated as part of FTZ #219's General Purpose Zone. This new class A industrial park has lease space available from 3,000-46,000 SF or will Build to Suit industrial space on lots from 1.5-25 acres in size.

Transportation Connections: This portion of the General Purpose Zone is located adjacent to Interstate-8 and is accessible to the freeway via Avenue 8E.
